Pantes saja sejak selasa sore smtp.telkom.net yang digunakan untuk outgoing email tidak bisa berjalan dengan normal. Ternyata website TELKOM.NET expired! WTF!

Perusahaan sebesar Telkom tidak melakukan perawatan rutin terhadap websitenya, yang rugi konsumen pak!

telkom.net expired on 09/18/2008 and is pending renewal or deletion.

Duit sebanyak itu kemana saja ?

Seberapa mahal sih harga domain .NET sekarang ini ?

hari ini sungguh melelahkan

Setting server untuk office pertama menggunakan windows dan hasil akhirnya kurang maksimal. Gak bisa ini itu dan akhirnya beralih ke linux.

Yup!!
Menggunakan UBuntu 8.04 + Squid rumit dan memang rumit banget (gak banget sey) tp ini lah yg namanya linux klo gak rumit dan gak ngebingungin bukan linux namanya hehhe…

hasil akhir yang dicapai sungguh puas banget hehe…
buat server dari awal mulai dari pasang kabel, setting ethernet, install squid, configure squid.

squid.conf
-user group
-bandwidth limiter
-block ads
-transparent proxy

masih terus dioprek nih, pokoknya sampai mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal deh.

Nah, sekarang gak usah nungguin tukang koran lagi tiap pagi … "Koraaaannn" hehehe…

Tapi kasian juga sih abangnya, jd gak langganan lagi.

Jadinya tiap pagi baca koran kompas via online, tp inget ini memakan bandwidth yang lumanyan cukup gede loh … jd yg pake dial-up siap2 jongkok dan tiarap tu koneksinya.

Baca koran kompas edisi cetak yang sama persis dengan edisi cetaknya dapat dibaca gratis di http://epaper.kompas.com/

Tunggu apalagi?
Makin rajin deh baca koran yeee….
